I liked the up-hill drive and how some of the rooms faced out to the open and others were within the hotel.
I wished I stayed more than one night.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was enough to get us through the morning/afternoon for our Grand Canyon trip. Loved the boil eggs, no need to peel the shell and ready to eat with my warm toast. ...read more

I thought the pool and hot tub were attractive and well maintained. There were not large crowds there.
Not crazy about exterior entrances. The size of the rooms

Check in was nice and smooth with helpful staff. Breakfast area was hot and crowded but the selection and staff was good. The rooms are small but the beds were comfy. This hotel has outside entrances to rooms but there was no noice and we felt secure. The pool area was great with plenty of furniture if you just want to enjoy the outdoors. ...read more

I liked the location and most of all it's a smoke free hotel.
I wish the bathroom sink had more counter space.

Overall the hotel was what I expected and the reviews were spot on. It's a clean and safe place to stay.

Excellent location; friendly staff; rooms were clean. We felt relaxed and comfortable knowing that we were staying in a clean hotel. We loved the morning breakfasts and the all day coffee and tea.

I purchased 2 rooms, 1 for my husband and I and the other for our 2 teens. The hotel refused to provide double beds for our teen boy and girl. We paid extra to have another room for our teens would not have to sleep in the same room. It would be ridiculous for us to purchase 3 rooms for the family for one night! Lesson learned: We'll stick to hotel’s that provide us a suite or double room. Besides that, the 2.5 star rating was overrated. The rooms were old and need refurbishing.
